Re: [edu-team] Guides program website for IETF 104

So this is entirely a bug with the text of the messages. The wrong text 
is sent in the message. The subject and link are right, but the body 
text has been transposed. Easy to fix. Apparently it was hard to spot - 
thanks for catching it Alexa!
