Thanks for the review - unfortunately, there is no documentation for the IANA format - we have received a similar chunk of XML for the Enumsercives guide (draft-ietf-enum-enumservices-guide) from the IANA people, and used that as a template for this draft. there is neither a formal spec nor a schema available - Its just the format to which IANA is converting all their registries to. 

We will keep the change for "gegenueber" in mind.

I believe that this document is ready to be sent to the IESG.

I'd like to see the IANA registration template more fully documented.  Is there a reference for the format that the IANA is using?

There are a small number of nits, grammatical mistakes and the like that shouldn't prevent progress.  F'rinstance gegenüber is translated as "vis-à-vis", which means nothing to me.  The 'net tells me that "opposite" is a valid alternative translation.
