draft-msri-grow-bmp-bgp-rib-stats document has been adopted by the GROW
working group.

Mukul, please re-submit as 'draft-ietf-grow-bmp-bgp-rib-stats-00'

Additionally, we can work on IANA Early Allocation for codepoints.
