hi am micheal and am working on some project where i have to create a custom protocol with custom packets and custom frames is there some boilerplate code or sample code orany guiding documents from ietf that can enable me do that. i have so far managed to create the custom packets and custom frames but how do it make them recognizable across the global internet infrastructure and network?
