Subject: Implementing hrProcessorLoad

In the Host Resources MIB, there is an object called
     hrDevice.hrProcessorTable.hrProcessorEntry.hrProcessorLoad which is
defined as "The average, over the last minute, of the percentage of
time that this processor was not idle."

If any of the RFC 1514 authors or contributors are listening, could
you please describe the implementation approaches that came to mind
     when defining this object?

Has anyone implemented this object on a UNIX platform without having
to wait an entire minute (blocked) while the average is computed? If
so, can you share your approach?

     Thanks,

     George
