I agree Andrew Russel would be great. His book on open standards in the
digital age is one of the best in this field.

I can’t attend in person but if we could find somebody to talk about
Internet and sanctions as they relate to Internet protocols, that might be
useful.

Also since it’s  Snowden revelations 10 year anniversary, might be useful
to talk about that as well.
