[hrpc] agenda ideas [Re: hrpc - New Meeting Session Request for IETF 117]

Hi everyone,

Far in advance of our yet to be scheduled meeting, Sofia and I would 
love to know earlier rather than later if you have speaker suggestions 
or need agenda time for your research and/or drafts.

We have lined up two speakers but could potentially have another:

  * Steven Feldstein from Carnegie Endowment for Peace to talk about 
digital authoritarianism and

  * John Heidemann from ISI who will talk about internet fragmentation, 
both "one internet" fragmentation and country level blocking in the IP 
layer fragmentation.
