Just checking :-)

For now HTTPbis states that Set-Cookie violates that requirement 
(<http://greenbytes.de/tech/webdav/draft-ietf-httpbis-p1-messaging-08.html#rfc.section.3.2.p.6>).

We haven't really decided yet what to do with the normative requirement 
(allow this as a single exception?).
