I don't really know how we can provide you with such a belief beyond what 
has been done so far, which is to say that every browser vendor who has 
commented on the topic has assured us that they intend to follow the same 
procedure with this protocol as with all other Web technologies: keep 
extending it if there's a demonstrated need.
