If I just get a clear direction whether Alexey want faltstrom11 or faltstrom12 to be the base, I can try to whack a new version together with what I believe are all comments, so that we have a (new) baseline.

I might be able to do this today, specifically when [4] below is "the light in the end of the tunnel". Together with IANA table update.
