Takahiro-san,

Nice piece of work, at least as a starting point.  However, I
think it would be unwise to try to move this document forward
significantly until draft-stuckee-unicode14 and possibly
draft-stuckee-unicode15 are published or at least well underway
(where the "stuckee" might be Patrik but I don't want to
presume).
