Dear all:

As I mentioned during meeting today we (Gabi, Fernando and I) prepared in August this year a set of slides with an exercise about using DH for case 2 that we shared with David and Brian. Taking into account the (very interesting) discussion today, we would like to share them with the group. 

Btw, the flow you can see does not have any optimization in terms of numbers messages, though it can be optimized (in fact we are already working on that).
