Dear ICNRG,

Some of you may be wondering whether there will be an ACM ICN 2024 conference. Unfortunately, there will not be a 2024 edition. As an alternative, please consider submitting your work to the IEEE International Conference on Network Protocols (ICNP 2024), which intentionally welcomes papers on ICN research this year. The CFP (https://icnp24.cs.ucr.edu/cfp.html) explicitly mentions ICN and future network architectures as topics of interest, and the Technical Program Committee includes ICN researchers. We hope all of you as members of the ICN community working on network protocol-relevant ICN research will consider the IEEE ICNP conference as a potential home for your work.

Regards,
Ken Calvert
