	Ahhhh, you're right, that wasn't helpful, and you're right to rebuke
me. All I can say is I'm human, and my patience has limits. One more message
from him, full of mindless trivia about inconsequential slights and points,
was more than I could bear....
	Also, when I was on the IESG, the amount of time we wasted dealing
with Mr Bernstein was just appalling, and many technical matters of great
consequence never got looked at *at all* because the time went on him. If
people knew the real cost of his endless flaming about some trivial little
protocol, perhaps you'd understand my frustration better...
