I think that makes sense.  The lack of a working and implemented 
BGP community system that enables IXP operators and backbone operators
to make proper use of 4-byte ASNs is a problem that has come up a
few times in other fora (like, RIPE routing and address policy WGs).

This approach with a fixed 4:4:4 format seems good, because it's simple
and much easier to get the implementation right than with "extensible
formats".

So: support to adopt this draft as a WG item.
