	It would be helpful to understand the unique design that would be facilitated by this significant change to path selection. The diagram seems a bit mis-leading, is this eBGP or iBGP between the AS domains? Pls clarify.. 


You reference Inter-AS Opt C in the document, don’t  you mean Option B ?


As you and others have detailed there are far simpler methods to ensure there is no forwarding loop. Why aren’t these approaches sufficient?


There is a statement that this is applicable across al AFI/SAFIs i.e EVPN, Kompella, FlowSpect etc.. If so pls provide example of the application of these changes there. As an example how does multi-homing work with Kompella.


As Robert points out the tail should no wag the dog, lets not standardize individual design.
