Acee:

Would you be able to present the 10 minutes at the 1/24/2021 meeting?

Hi Jeff,

I can present Monday if we want to precede but it would be good to assure we have a quorum so we can talk about next steps. My presentation wouldn't take more than 10 minutes with questions but not including attendant discussion.

I believe our draft meets the requirements in https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-idr-bgp-autoconf-considerations-01.txt

However, we do not specify addition of a route to a loopback address for peering. This COULD be added but we thought it better not to make the discovery mechanism a RIB client.

Thanks,
Acee

    Working Group,

The start of year bustle had caused me to lose track of the fact that we
have an interim meeting scheduled for this upcoming Monday.

Keyur will be returning from a trip soon and Sue has been unavailable for
this week, so I own the fault here.

Our intent for this Monday meeting had been to discuss any further open
proposals for BGP auto configuration and perhaps begin discussion about
proceeding with selecting one of them. I believe Acee wanted to present an
an update related to the LLDP proposal, but that was the only business I'm
    currently aware of.

Interim meetings provide opportunity for high-bandwidth discussion on
topics. We have the timeslot available. We likely have time openings
available for other work than auto configuration.

Shall we proceed with this Monday's interim session? If so, please feel
    free to suggest discussion agenda.

Please note there is also a planned interim on 24 January where intended
topics are BGP-CT/-CAR and general discussions of BGP routes with color.
