Just that: if rfc9012 is not clear (I guess that's what you mean by "loose"), it should be fixed permanently by updating it, not in a wiki.

[RFC9012] is complete specified. The specifications that refer to it are not always clear.

I didn't make it to the idr session.

You pointed at the Wiki after my comment about not duplicating what is in rfc9012.  So, I jumped to the conclusion that duplicating was ok.  Sorry, my bad.

It looks like we're on the same page about referencing and not duplicating. :-)
