Hi Cheng,

The SR Bidirectional Group Constraint sub-TLV is simply providing the
grouping constraint (if used) for setting up the bidirectional path. Note
that there are different (and existing mechanisms) to signal and set up
bidirectional paths. Note that BGP-LS is used to report SR Policies setup
by any mechanism - PCEP, Static/CLI/YANG, BGP SR Policy.

This is complementary to what is in the path segment IDR drafts where the
provisioning of the forward and reverse paths is done by a controller.
