Thanks for your review and comments. We (authors) will update both the TBD
and IANA sections once the allocations have been made by IANA.

Hi Michelle,

Please let us know if anything else is needed for the allocations from our
end. This draft is coming up on the next IESG telechat and we (authors)
would like to post an update with the pending allocation reflected in the
draft.
