Yes, if we revise this draft-ietf-idr-as-migration-03 we should probably
revise the second.  

As the reviewer of the draft-ietf-sidr-as-migration, I did not have the same
concerns as Alvaro or Adrian. It would be good to get their input on these
drafts.
