Some minor improvements in wiring and Internet access on the 3rd and 4th 
floors. There is also now a Hilton wireless net in place that they said they 
could partially disable so as not to interfere with the IETF net. I believe 
all of the rooms now have for-fee Internet access, mostly covered by WiFi. 
But all of the basic fiber infrastructure we installed a few IETFs ago is 
still in place.
