The IESG has reviewed the Internet-Draft "PGP Message Exchange
Formats" <draft-atkins-pgpformat-01.txt> and recommends that it be
published by the RFC Editor as an Informational RFC. This document is
not the product of an IETF Working Group, but was subject to a four
week Last Call period during which no issues were raised. The IESG
  contact person is Jeff Schiller.
