The website cleanup is underway, and the previous redirect is working again.  Others are still being worked.

https://www.ietf.org/iesg/statement/ietf-anti-harassment-policy.html <https://www.ietf.org/iesg/statement/ietf-anti-harassment-policy.html> has now been fixed and does work, redirecting correctly to the IESG statement.

The Cloudflare CDN node nearest to you may still have something else in its cache.  That will get sorted in the next few hours.

As I said earlier in this thread, the work on moving the IESG statement out of the blog requires the Toole Team to develop some code for Wagtail.  That work will begin shortly.
