Version 6 is under way.  I have fixed those things that were suggested and
I have grabbed the proposed text from James.  All I have to do now is 
make sure the formatting works and send it out.  

As for the following suggestion, how would a network manager make use of this?
Personally, I would like not to add this, but if there is good reason to add
it and others like it, what the heck.
