I have read the document and support advancement of this draft. I would
like to see some more comment in the security considerations section on top
of referring to DEX - since multicast by nature has an in-built
amplification of packets, which on top of the possible amplification risks
mentioned in DEX security considerations may need even stricter mechanisms
for protections.
