Hi,

Please fin the new version of our Minimal ESP
<http://www.ietf.org/id/draft-mglt-lwig-minimal-esp-01.txt>. [1]

We considered the remarks addressed during the lwig and ipsecme
presentation:
    - Document of to use time for the Sequence Number
    - Anti-replay MUST be activated by senders even though it knows the
receiver does not use anti replay protection.
    - clarification / rewording
    - Padding section

Feel free to make comments!
