Good afternoon everyone.

This version of the SRH has the following updates:

1 - Further clarification on Deployment model section to simplify the text
 - capturing ICMP error processing by SR Source nodes
 - concentrate on HMAC use within the SR Domain
 - Moved illustrations to the illustration section.

2 - Removed destination and segments left from HMAC, permitting verification at any node.

3 - added text to describe IPv6 header decapsulation after segment processing was complete.

Some open issues are still getting worked on, but we wanted to get these base changes out for first.

Thanks!
  Darren
