RE: 6MAN WG Last Call: draft-ietf-6man-predictable-fragment-id-01

After reviewing this draft and reading the discussions here, I would say support of the publication.

Some comments:
in section 6.2, "   Identification = random()" should be centered.

You may want to remove appendix A, as RFC6946 has been around for a while now. However, I am ok with keeping it.
