FYI, in this consultation the European Union would like again to hear one's views about the old Intelligent Transportation Systems Directive effects and maybe what should be improved. One feedback, IMHO, could be about improving the communication interoperability by using IP protocols designed at IETF that could work for ITS. Another feedback, IMHO, could be about a necessity of reducing the costs of ITS devices such as RSUs and OBUs.
