drafts?
YES. I am willing to participate.

(3) Are you willing to review the WG drafts?
YES, for the drafts that I have expertise on.

(4) Are you interested in implementing the WG drafts?
I probably will not be developing an implementation, but I am more than
willing to encourage parties to.
