As discussed on this thread, (https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-interledger/2019Feb/0001.html) we are trying out Discourse as an alternative to the the mailing list and Github issues on the RFCs repo for discussions about protocol designs and improvements, implementations, and applications. There's also a category for beginner questions so we can build up a knowledge base as questions are asked and answered (hopefully more promptly than on Gitter!).
