Hi All,

upon request of Joel during the last meeting in London is is the summary 
of the changes proposed for the next version of the draft conceding the EID Block Management.

- Delete the trailing paragraph of section 4 (already discussed on the mailing list)

- Delete the fees policy. It is not up to the WG to decide about fees.

- Re-phrase the availability of the registration information requirement avoiding putting specific numbers 
	(in the current version 99% up time is required).

Anybody objecting these changes???

Anybody with additional remarks/review/feedback?
