I just pushed out -10 which adds Charlie as requested (and
apologies for forgetting to do that before). I've left
appendix A in (who knows we might end up with a -11:-) and
the RFC editor will remove it anyway (to be sure, I added
a note asking 'em to).

If anyone named in acks or as a contributor or whatever wants
the RFC editor to fix non-ASCII characters in your name,
please just send me a mail and I'll check that gets done at
auth-48.
