I have been completely swamped with the Unicode Technical committee meeting
all this week, so I've only been able to squeeze in comments here and there.
The new text that you have looks pretty good, but I haven't had time to look
it over in detail. I'll try to respond before EOD today (I'm guessing that's
what you mean by COB?).
