As co-chair...

If you wish, you may include this as part of a proposal to re-charter
this working group.  However, I currently plan to recommend closing
the working group when its current deliverables are published.

As a technical contributor...

I've observed that accent can vary according to the number of
beers consumed.   Perhaps another subtag should be designed to
indicate the speaker's level of intoxication.  Or can we just use the
altitude parameter to indicate how high they are?   :-)
