Dear all,

I have a comment regarding the terminology in section 8.

I wonder if "Per-Device Generated MAC address (PDGM)" should be 
replaced by "Per-Interface Generated MAC address", as a device may 
have multiple interfaces that can be managed independently.

Otherwise, the document looks good and I support it.
