Hi Mathieu,

Thanks a lot for your feedback. I've been thinking about your suggestion,
and, while I don't have a strong opinion about it, I tend to think that in
the taxonomy it is implicit that we always refer to "per interface" and
therefore current naming works as well. I'd like to get other opinions from
the WG on this point.
