Hi.

I very much support adoption of this draft. In my role as a mobile network
designer, the CPU advantages of forwarded mode look to be a game changer
that allow me to consider routinely using it for mass-market traffic.
Without this draft, MASQUE implementation in the mobile network would be
more expensive and trickier to manage (e.g. port resources and MTU).
