I am not sure what you mean with the "other points".
But if I got it right, your draft proposes one way for the MGC to pass
the TMR and USI (type of) information down to the MG when the MGC
creates a context for a NAS call. What it does not address is how
the the MG (NAS control termination) could push the desired TMR and
USI up to the MGC when the MG asks the MGC to invoke a PSTN call
for NAS outgoing call. Right ?
