Hi Marcelo,
  Here is my review for the HA Reliability draft:

This draft describes two methods of switching HAs in case of failure: virtual switch in which HAs themselves detect failure and HA2 takes over HA1 and hard switch in which a standby HA notifies MN to register with it.

Any improvements: yes, the document can cover the local mobility anchor reliability. All the messages defined in the draft are exchanged by HAs so they would apply to LMAs as well. Virtual switch will be almost the same. Maybe some work for the hard switch due to the architectural differences.

Nits:
Informative References ID-HAHA ID-LOCALHAHA ID-PS-HARELIABILITY if there are any co-authors, they don't appear.

7.5.2. s/in-active/inactive
1. RFC-3776 why not replace with RFC-4877 which updated 3776?
