There was some discussion during the API segment that we might want to have a separate document describing the behavior of MIF hosts.  I, personally, would be in favor of publishing that document (it might be called "MIF Host Requirements" or something similar), but I do not think that we should describe that behavior in the different MPVD-related mechanism documents.
