This one is *weird*.
In the first place, as you say, 6.1 does not exist.
In the second place, the last copy of the *drafts* that I have refers
to 4.1, not 6.1
In the third place, 4.1 does not seem relevant either!

Actually, I think this reference is *really* old, and should refer
to the "body equivalences" document. Those two were together
at one time.

One more for the DS-level rewriting.....
