Shouldn't max-fs be sufficient for any plausible uses? PROPOSAL: Keep max-height and max-width. Implementation is well- defined and easily implemented. At least one participant expressed support for these constraints at IETF 94 face-to-face meeting. If you disagree with the proposal, please send email in the next few days with an alternate proposal.
