I'm putting up the open issues in the RID draft that haven't had dedicated threads yet for a final round of discussion. For this one, see https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-mmusic-rid-04#section-7 Section 7 describes the use of "a=rid" for declarative SDP. This is a pretty small amount of work, and the use of this mechanism to describe how a sender is going to constrain a stream does have some amount of utility. Is the text sufficient? If not, do we want to invest the work needed to make RID work with declarative use cases? PROPOSAL: Keep the current text.
