... and: If we don't add this clause in the grouping framework, we have 
to add errata to every single usage of the grouping framework (AFAIK all 
of them) where adding an element multiple times doesn't make sense, to 
say "and btw, you can't have multiple elements with the same value".

One fix or many fixes?
