Hi Haoyu, Thank you for your changes. idnits now reports that the line spacing of one of your figures is funny. I think it is trying to interpret it as text. This can be ignored. idnits v3 now requests that you have a citation for BCP 14, as you did in -03. You can’t win. :-). I think that this can also be ignored. Thank you for fixing the reference. I am waiting to hear back from Carlos regarding his comments and whether you have satisfied his objections.
