well I said "specification", so let us assume I meant "specification".

Yes, for each use case, we can discuss if ISD or PSD is better for it,
given both are suitable. But I think it's pointless to use ISD+PSD for a
use case.

Well, for several meetings we have heard that there are people that have
very convincingly put forward argument for "more than one data item" and
"more than data type" for a single NA. I think this is in scope for MNA.

We have the following mix of characteristics for the combination of
characteristics for for BA and ancillary data:

Data types: no data, in-stack data, post stack data.

Processing Scope: E2E, select, hbh.

Currently there are no restrictions on how data types and scope can be
combined.

Also we know that NA's may use more than data type

I have used a shorthand to describe NA's and the data they will use. See
below:

NA(n)(psd), means that Network Action "n" uses PSD,
and NA(m)(isd) that Network Action uses ISD.

NA(o)(psd, isd), means that Network Action uses both
PSD and ISD, the order (psd, isd) or (isd, psd) is significant

    ->   NA(n)(psd), NA(n+1)(isd) NA(n+2)(psd, isd) NA(n+3)(nod)   ->

The arrows signify hops between nodes, i.e. all four NA's on the row
    above are executed.

I believe that any document that NA encapsulation need to have this
starting point.
