Since you claim to believe this is important, we look forward to you
providing such a list, and explanations of why you think the
suggestions will work.

Our experience such as when we met in Buenos Aires, tells us that the
meetings are poorly attended and have not made any difference in
getting more people from the place we met.  It was fun to go there
but I do not think it was a good use of everyone's time or money and
there are much better ways to do outreach and look for new people.
