Yep. I'm aware that I'm always at risk for having things confiscated and
being fined.  And, no I don't declare what I have because in my experience
that guarantees they take everything since the folks doing the searching
aren't so good at discriminating what is a biohazard.  That's why I think
it's mandatory that either the venue can satisfy the dietary restrictions
or we have access to a grocery store (and not just a 7-11 sort of place) to
buy food.
